Scope
This summary describes the intended processor relationship for customer business data. A signed DPA with organization details, governing terms, and approved subprocessors is required for contractual reliance.
Instructions and confidentiality
BIKANEZA processes customer data to provide the subscribed service and support, following documented customer instructions and access controls.
Security and incidents
Appropriate technical and organizational controls are maintained for the production environment. Contractual incident notice periods and audit rights are defined in the signed DPA.
Subprocessors and transfers
Current subprocessors, processing regions, and transfer safeguards are supplied during contracting and updated when the production stack changes.
Deletion and return
At termination, return, export, retention, and deletion steps follow the signed agreement, legal obligations, and documented backup cycles.
