Using the service

You must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, and use BIKANEZA lawfully. Account owners are responsible for team access and business data entered into the system.

Trials and billing

Trial length and plan pricing are shown before activation. Applicable taxes, renewal dates, payment methods, and plan limits are confirmed at checkout or in a signed agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to maintain reliable service but do not publish an uptime guarantee unless it is included in a signed SLA. Features may change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and data

Cancellation effects, access duration, and available export or retention options are presented before confirmation. Outstanding obligations remain payable.

Liability

BIKANEZA supports business operations but does not replace professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law and any signed agreement.
