Security & Data Controls

How BIKANEZA ERP protects business access

BIKANEZA combines authenticated access, role permissions, tenant-scoped operations, audit activity, and secure transport. We describe implemented controls without claiming certifications that have not been independently verified.

01

Role-based access

Owners and administrators can assign roles and permissions so team members receive access appropriate to their work.

02

Tenant-scoped records

Authenticated business operations scope data queries to the relevant tenant and user context.

03

Audit activity

Sensitive operational workflows create audit records that help authorized users review important changes and actions.

04

Protected sessions

Signed, expiring sessions protect authenticated areas, and administrative access includes additional session controls.

05

Encrypted transport

The production website uses HTTPS to protect supported traffic while it travels between the browser and BIKANEZA.

06

Private application areas

Account, dashboard, administration, and API routes are separated from the public marketing and support pages.

Shared responsibility

Protect your workspace

  • Use a unique password and keep account credentials private.
  • Give each user only the permissions needed for their responsibilities.
  • Remove access promptly when a team member changes role or leaves.
  • Review audit activity and report unexpected actions as soon as possible.

Responsible reporting

Report a security concern

Email a clear description and the affected page or workflow. Do not send passwords, session tokens, private keys, or complete payment credentials.
